I installed a new internal fan in my CPU.  It is spinning fine but all that come up on the screen is "Warnibg PC entering power saving mode" and then the screen shuts down.

Any ideas?

If you can workaround getting into your BIOS settings, since some systems vary on these setup screens, look for these viable features : Power Management or Advanced Power Management(APM) - Turns off various devices in your system to save power(If enabled). Video Power Down - Computer will shutdown your videocard and monitor to save power(If enabled). Hard Disk Power Down Mode - After a certain period of inactivity, Windows will shutdown to save power(if enabled). Any features present on your BIOS screen should be disabled...
