    « on: December 01, 2010, 12:25:11 AM »
I recently been suffering from crashes so I used the Whocrashed software to find out my problems, And it seems like all my Drivers are causing the crashes shown on the Print Screen is there anyway of fixing these Drivers?

Yes I do, Im not entirely sure on what to do scanned my computer an everything, and everything seems ok. I notice that this problem is causing my fan not to work all the time, the funny thing is that it does run sometimes which is very odd. But I think the Drivers are causing the shutdowns I've been having.

      Download BlueScreenView
      No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

          It's showing 0 crashes.

What exactly happens when the computer crashes?
Do you get an error message? If so, what does it say?

My Computer would shut down, Then I would reboot and when It's rebooting I got A blue screen saying Fatal system error, the error code was 0xC000021A,Whocrashed gave me a report back after the crash saying

On Fri 19/11/2010 21:39:41 your computer crashed
This was likely caused by the following module: ntkrnlpa.exe
            Bugcheck code: 0xFFFFFFFFC000021A (0x890B8088, 0x0, 0xC0000001, 0x10037C)
            Error: STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED
            Dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini111910-02.dmp
            file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntkrnlpa.exe
            product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
            company: Microsoft Corporation
            description: NT Kernel & System
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect, possibly the culprit is in another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time.

Also after the first crash I had, my Fan Goes on and off sometimes depending on what im doing sometimes it stays on for a while then if I turn it off for a while and turn it back on I don't hear it. So im guessing that has something to do with the Blue Screen errors to maybe.

What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?

                      This was from WhoCrashed,

On Wed 01/12/2010 22:39:03 GMT your computer crashed

There is a possibility this problem was caused by a virus or other malware.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

On Wed 01/12/2010 22:39:03 GMT your computer crashed
                      crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp

A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: ntkrpamp.exe .
                      Google query: ntkrpamp.exe STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED

I'm guessing it's either your RAM or power supply.

This leads me to suspect the power supply as the most likely culprit.

I started my computer up I tapped F8 went into " Repair your computer " Then it went into tech guys and I had options ( For example to use the Windows memory diagnostic tool ) But i went into "Reinstall Windows" And clicked Full Destructive recovery which said below it " Reinstall windows back to it's original configuration".

Okay thank you. And immediately after that the problem appeared or was it okay for a while? Also, do you have an anti virus utility installed and always resident?

No,The problem happened after I went on an unsafe site and I didn't realize, And my fan was starting and stopping every second eventually my computer went off then thats when I started getting the BSOD error after I tried rebooting, So I did the full system recovery and the fan started running up while it was configuring everything and even when I was downloading all the windows update and everything it ran smooth through out the day, Then the next day I go on it the fan isn't running at all when I booted my computer and It ends up switching itself off again after a while then I reebooting and get the BSOD Problem again. Has for Now the fan is working now then a bit later it will start stopping and then starting again then stopping. Sometimes it won't start up at and cause Overheating. The fan seems fine tho just doesn't seem to work has it should be.

Ok I have tried to resolve the problems myself for a few days, It hasen't crashed in a couple of days. But my fan is having a late start up about a 10 minutes after booting my Computer, the fan works fine through out the day. My fan sounds fine when it's running but having a very late start up is there anyway of repairing this then my problem should be solved after that because originally my fan was causing the BSOD it seems like and something is causing it not to run like it should be.

What did you mean by model?

All I know is the laptop is a EI system laptop that has Vista home premium and has Intel Celeron Dual core t1400 1.73.GHz and my Computer has 1.00 GB Ram

Im sorry I didn't understand but can you explain to me what model is or have I given the right information?
