    « on: December 01, 2010, 03:20:54 PM »
    I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 running Vista.  I want to restore the factory defaults and reinstall Vista.  on startup I press F8 to access the option to repair computer this brings me to a screen that wants me to enter the user name and password.. I entered the administer name and password and got a message domain name not recognized.  I have removed the password yet this keeps comming up how can I access the repair screen?

    Hello there!

    I have a couple of questions;

    1. Do you have the laptop's recovery discs?
    2. Do you have a Windows Vista Installation Disc?

    Many thanks,
