screen icons & pages massive

my screen pages and icons are more than twice the size they should be , where i'm writing now fills the full screen , can someone help please

Hold down the CTRL key (on the bottom left corner of the keyboard) and use the mouse wheel... to zoom back out

thank you , i tried that and it did not work so i restored it back one week and its ok now

everything on the screen no matter what it is , and i think i have found out what it was , i update the same thing's from m/s to-day also and it happen again but have it fixed

i also got some for m/s silerlight and Windows Live Essentials but i don't use them

when your display driver updates your resolution is sometimes reset to 800x600. This is particularly true with NVidia adapters.

thanks BCP , do you think i should do each update one at a time to see which one it is
