i have been decided following configuration

Hardware   Component   Price

(Deneb 45nm, 3.4GHz, 4x512KB L2, 6MB L3, 125W)    $166
Motherboard   ASUS M4A88T-V EVO/USB3 (AMD 880G AM3)    $110
Video   ASUS EAH6850 Radeon HD 6850 1GB    $200
Memory   A-DATA 2x2GB DDR3-1333 CL9
(AD3U1333B2G9-DRH)    $62
Hard Drive   Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB (WD6402AAEX)    $70
Optical Drive   Samsung 22X DVDRW (TS-H662SA)    $15
Case   Antec Three Hundred Illusion    $70
Power Supply   Antec BP550 Plus 550W
(-$30 Combo)    $35
Total System Price   $728

but i can't get the motherboard from the shops i am planning to buy from
this is what i am getting

61 AMD MSI 890 GXM 6810
62 AMD MSI 790 GX 5905
63 AMD MSI 785 DDR3 4000
64 GIGABYTE 880 GMA USB 3.0 4753
65 AMD GIGABYTE 740 (DDR-3) 2548
66 AMD MSI K96PGM 1905
67 AMD GIGABYTE/ASUS NVIDIA 2000

which of theses should i choose
i don't think i need no need for 6 core support  or usb 3.0 or sataIII support and as their maximum speeds will never be reached do i need them?
help me choose a compatible suitable motherboard from above options

i want to play all games released in next 4 years even though i have to play in low resolution

Have you seen this:
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6824566&sku=B69-5134
