Hi--I'm new to this forum and would appreciate any help. I upgraded to Spyware Doctor 2011 and all of a sudden I can't un-mute my speakers. Furthermore this window pops up saying that "Volume Control Applet has stopped working" A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. I then tried to uninstall the upgraded version of Spyware but then another window popped up saying that it has to wait until the program is closed before it uninstalls it. Can anyone help me with this please?!?! I have Vista.
