gpedit.msc problem

Ok, I'm trying to reenable my thumbnail preivews like this post. http://www.computerhope.com/forum/index.php/topic,114040.0.html But when I go to type in gpedit.msc into "run" it gives me the error "windows cannot find gpedit.msc. Make sure you typed it in correctly and try again. How do I fix this, also where is group policy editor located (I forget

You don't get group policy editor in Home editions, but in the others it is in the Windows\System32 folder.
