"Controling" a BT device results in BTWUIExt process crash.
    « on: January 02, 2011, 05:54:12 AM »
My issue is when I successfully pair a bluetooth device, regardless of it's type (headset, cell phone, etc).... When I right-click on the bluetooth device, Windows prompts me with: "BTWUIExt is not working" or something along that line.... And crashes.

I have tried to look for answers online, but haven't gotten a clear direction. I also tried reinstalling the Broadcom Bluetooth drivers from the computer manufacturer's website, but nothing changes.

I'd appreciate any leads or solutions to this annoying problem. :)

    Computer statistics....
    Sony VAIO, Model: VPCF115FM
MS Window 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Reports from "Belarc Advisor" and "Speccy" are attached to outline my computer.

    Thanks!
