Welcome to the computer help forum.
It's nice to see new people coming here, possibly you found us in the little search looking for the best and most friendly computer forum on the Internet.
But of course you could also place your question on a Google search and found many answers to your question about the Best Video Converter. Without knowing much about you personally, it would be hard to find a specific recommendation that would suit your exact needs. So, rather than give you a long list of possibilities, please allow me to take a different approach.
This website forum takes pride in giving people free and objective advice about many matters. Yet it is a commercial site. It does depend on advertisers to help offset the cost of running this site. Therefore, it would be inappropriate to name just one particular commercial interest or to read negative comments about another commercial interest.
In the spirit of free speech and fair play, and I'll offer which is advice that goes beyond my own experiences. There are many, many commercial interests but would like you to try a free product that later you will wish to upgrade. There is nothing physically wrong with this process. However, there is a alternate approach that is in competition with this method. It may try to explain.
There are a number of computer professionals as well as amateurs that have decided they are not in a hurry to make money right away. They wish to develop a reputation as being experts in their field. To them that is more important than the immediate monetary reward. To that end, they make some of the best software available to the general public for no erect monetary consideration.
Now here is my personal opinion. Why pay money for a software product if a free one is available? That should be a no-brainer. But a number of commercial interests have used the free to try approach rather than a completely free approach. And I am thinking of one company in particular that offers a free video converter which proceeds to the face your video by putting a watermark right in the middle of the picture.
So, or anybody out there reading this thread, don't buy any video software that puts a watermark on your work. There are lots of free products that are really, really free of any limitation.

Wow.  My ad blocker software must be really good, since I've never seen an ad on this site.
