You cannot delete the admin account. Tell us EXACTLY what happened and what the current problems are.

Have you tried pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete TWICE, and then entering "Administrator" and the password?

Ok,there is NO admin account anymore, I looked in Control Panel, have looked in Safe mode. I tried pressing ctrl+alt+del .a login screen comes up regardless. It just says user, and then we type in our password and hit Enter and we are in. I typed the word administrator and the password, Windows told me the details were incorrect, later it told me there was a account restriction. There is just a limited account. So we are unable to load new software, defrag etc.

What would you suggest now please ?
