need help pinnacle studeo win7

I recently installed win7 and pinnacle studio 14 hangs at about 34% loading my computer is a quad core amd 740g/sb700/ 4gig mem ati radon 2gig mem made clean install no problems just hangs at 34%.  can any one got any ideas
