Need help with this...

My problem(:
When i enter a site it takes smth like 1min or even more :X, but when I download my speed is normal (2-4mb). When i restart my PC i haven't got problem for 30-40min. I am sure it is not from my internet connection (I changed it in about 1-2 week ago and i had the problem too) & it is not form browser (I tried 3-4 browser, but still have a problem)

have you deleted the tempory internet files/ browsing history that could help to speed it up also remove tool bars if you have them installed

I have already deleted the temporary files in IE & Mozila Firefox & I have removed tool bars too, but I still have a problem.

Have you checked your system for malware?
