partition management software

I bought a new hard drive, 4TB, and I need a software to help me extend system partition.
I already have one, EASEUS Partition Master Home 6.5.2, it is free and works well. But it doesn't support my new, large hard drive.
any freeware support large storage drive about 4TB?
