Im trying to reload the windows 7 os on the computer. At times, the computer turns on, shows the hp splash screen and then hangs, and at other times it does the whole 'Press a key to boot from the DVD' and then shows the install screen and the agreement screen, and then hangs.
I thought initially its bad RAM that is causing this behavior, but even after trying all the sticks one by one, it still does the same thing.
Im lost
