Bad.  OnLive and other similar services are largely unenjoyable and unreliable.  While it is convenient, the resolution is generally quite poor, you are often forced to use specific settings that can't be changed, there is significant lag especially when there are a lot of users, and many people are misled into believing that they can play these games on any computer without having to worry about specs (the work is done on their end, but that doesn't mean your computer doesn't use its own resources).  It also eliminates the ability to use mods, which I think is an issue for many PC gamers.

Let's not forget that you have to pay for the service and then on top of that, you still have to pay to play the games.  And despite being digital, the games aren't much cheaper, if at all.  Maybe PC gamers are different, but the majority of gamers I know prefer to have physical copies of games that we can collect, share, trade, or sell.

Granted, something like this is good for some people, but like the PSP Go, a lot of the gaming community is uninterested.  I currently have a free subscription and I still don't want to use the service.

Sounds more gimmicky then anything. "hey look! We can stream games from other places!".

I also wonder how graphics work? Is it similar to cloud?

It's described in the article. The game is played by a server on their end and the audio and video are pumped to your side. Nothing "cloud" about it, by any definition.
I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.

    Graphics are pretty crappy.
