    Showing Out of Range on boot

    When I boot my computer it shows"Out of Range set monitor to 1024-768 Does anyone know how to do this. Have booting into safe mode still get the same prompt. Even by leaving it for awhile still boot go to desktop screen just goes black. OS Vista home Premium.

      I think I have found the answer by booting to VGA mode Will try the next time on the computer.

      I think I have found the answer by booting to VGA mode Will try the next time on the computer.

      We just assumed that you already tried that. It is one of the options in safe mode and it is there for a reason. You stated that safe mode did not help.
