    Help with Router.

    Hi! I have 2 pcs connected to TP-Link router. And one of them works perfectly while the other shows cable is unplugged even though the cable is perfectly plugged. Please, i need help :(

    Switch the connections to the router. If you have the same problem with the same computer, the issue is with the pc or the cable. If you now have a problem with the other computer, the problem is with the router.

      I tried switching but it doesn't work. It previously worked, but after i reformatted it , it stopped working. :(

      What doesn't work? The same PC?

      After formatting and installing the os did you install the drivers (chipset driver, ethernet driver)?

        I though windows did install. And I can't find anywhere the appropriate drivers. :(

        Get them from the website of your computer manufacturer or on the disk that came with your system.

          I don't have the cd, and I have bought a used computer. So I don't know where to download the drivers. I think I have 2 network adapters : Broadcom NetXtreme and AMD PCNET Family PCI .

            How to I find out my motherboard manufacturer or computer manufacturer. I can provide screenshots if you want.

                  Okay, I download the drivers, but there is no exe file so i can install. There are just some System Filels , dlls . Can you help me please?
