scsi dual channell raid, single array?

 :)  Is it possible to buy a dual channel scsi 320 raid controller that will allow you to put hard drives on both channels in a single raid array, thereby doubling your throughput to 600 mbs? I have been unable to find anything out there.

promise technology does not make scsi controllers only sata, thnks for trying thoug
