Mozilla Thunderbird Config for Noobster

I've installed it...
I know the ports...
The servers...

Can't make it work... help?

I run it on XP SP3.

Need to download my mail from external server (ipage)  ASAP.

Is ipage a web hosting service? If so, I'll bet you can access your website email via web browser.

Regarding ports and servers, you're in sync with http://www.ipage.com/knowledgebase/beta/article.bml?ArticleID=1463, right?
