Cannot record audio from Speakers

I have watched/read a bunch of tutorials regarding this one, and they keep referring me to RealTek Stereo Mix, I have downloaded the required driver and had it installed but nothing happens.. What should I do?

Please list the equipment you have (hardware and software) and what are you trying to do.
