cannot empty junkmails in hotmail

now a days i cannot delete messeges from junk mails in my hotmail account. an error in the page is coming. even if i choose empty option it is not doing so. anybody can help.

The messages should be removed after 30 days or so. They take up no space.

dratul...... Junk Email in hotmail is automatically deleted every 5 days .
So you are saying that it impossible to delete any email that are in your junk email folder .........  
When did this start ?
Are you sure you don't have a virus ?

this started 4-5 days back. i scanned my computer for virus, but my computer is free of viruses. this started happening when some particular junk mails started coming.

Try the following:

1. Start
2. Settings
3. Control Panel
4. Internet Options
5. Security tab
6. Reset all security zones to Default

i did all the above, but still junk mails r coming. even after 5 days they r not deleted. i choose option to delete junk mails immediately. lets see what happens.

Does your account do the same on other PCs? If yes, contact Microsoft.

That there is a problem with your browser or that you are blocking certain elements thereof.
