i had alot of virus's.could not get them all off and now i am getting code 39.i tried every thing to fix it but now i cannot get it to do any thing now in device manager it looks like i have lost my usb hub's,dvd sound mouse.and more i tried to do a system restore but it will not load shut's it self off.don't know what else to do.i can not even try a recovery on it .so what else can i do. anything willhelp
