Hello.
My OS is Vista.........
Awhile ago i changed permissions n my C: (Properties->Security  [BTW DON'T TRY THIS LOL! ]
windows start normally and i can run some stuff although i can't edit my files like cut,paste,download things,install stuff, use some programs, save things,etc.
People in the chat gave me a link for instructions (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_vista-security/cant-unlock-my-laptop-c-drive-in-vista/8a9bfc58-ded8-453c-a4af-2392bb6f70ca ) i followed them but I'm stuck n the step 8 i can't create a new user!! i click on add or remove a new user and nothing happens...
Can someone help me out?
