    Save as photo settings

    I want to save a picture off the internet as a .JPEG
    The dropdown only has .art and bitmap choices
    how do I get a .JPEG choice?   Thanks

    Save it as a bitmap.
    Later, open it with paint and save it as JPG.

      another program that is free and great for converting  is www.irfanview.com it can open almost any picture file..

        I finally found the trouble. The problem was in the AOL internet settings.
