Flashing Vertical Line on screen

Hi...I am new to this forum and have a question. I have looked everywhere for help but don't know where to go.

I have a flashing vertical line coming up on my screen for no reason. Whenever I click on the screen for whatever site I am on the flashing line appears. It sometimes look like a giant insertion point and sometimes its small. Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it?

Same problem in Safe Mode?

Download System Information for Windows (SIW free version)
No installation required.

After it scans your computer, navigate to Hardware>Sensors and post all info from there.

Sorry about that...I did safe mode and I am not having the problem.

I also wanted to mention that when I double click the line goes away. Doesn't know if that will help.

Since you're not having the issue in Safe Mode, I suspect, simple video driver reinstallation may solve your problem.
