Error code oxo2cf2ed3 - ie crashes!!

I have windows XP
when browsing any websites I get the following pop-up:
 
    The instruction at OXO2CF2ED3 referenced memory of OXOOOOOOOO.
The memory could not be read.

I click "ok" and the entire window closes.  (Internet Explorer)

I would appreciate any help!  Thanks!

You can troubleshoot by starting IE with no addons.
