can anyone tell me if my new packard bell tx 86 i5-430m processor4gb ddr3 500gb hdd with dvd-super multi dl drive and nvidia geforce 310,512 mb vram has a blue ray dvd player in it please help thank you

It is not called blu ray. That is a trademark

The article needs some work. In essence, the blu-ray is a standard, but there is an issue about using the name. Majot companies have now almost agreed on using blu-ray.
EDIT: What you have will play some 'blue' media, but not all. Even if they put the Trade Mark on it, that does not mean it is compatible with any codec for any 'blue' recoding.
