Microsoft Live Mail

I receive this message when trying to start my Live Mail program.  the path c:\program Files\common files\windows Live\.cache\bc2ca1c21ca77b2\mail.msi cannot be found.  Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'Mail.msi' in a folder from which you can install the product Windows Live Mail.

On my Win 7 system, WLM messages are stored in C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail.  The path you show for your store location looks quite strange.  What protections apps (anti-virus, malware, etc.) are you using?
