bmonitor,mouse,keyboarsd won't function

I was installing a new hard drive. I was putting xp on the new drive and I hhad to contantly reboot. My power supply stopped working. I unplugged all conections and after removing connection from floppy iy started up again.  PROBLEM:monitor say " no signal", keyboard flashes once on boot. Beeping sounds- continuos LONG BEEPS. I had the power supply and both hard drives out so maybe i unplugged something, I don't know. Thanks for your help. Jay

Check that your monitor cable is plugged in securely and reseat your video card.

my video appears to be on board. So the keyboard and the monitor both tie in here somehow?
