Memory not recognized
« on: April 05, 2011, 07:39:07 PM »
Greetings to the Forum. I have a motherboard P4M800PRO-MV 1.0. It is not recognizing two memories 1 GB DDR 2-533 in any of the corresponding slots. No boot, as if it had no memory, unlike other reported problems identifying only 512 MB. I tested these memories, Markvision brand, and are perfect. I use two 512 MB DDR2, and the user's guide indicates you can use up to 1GB for each slot, giving a total of 2GB. My BIOS is updated. I would like a helping hand if someone has similar problem. Thanks.
