    computer cannot connect to modem
    « on: April 06, 2011, 10:58:29 AM »
I CANT BROWSE USING MY MODEM. WHENEVER I TRY CONNECTING. I GET THIS REPORT THAT COMPUTER CANNOT CONNECT TO MODEM. I INSTINCTIVELY WENT TO "MY COMPUTER" AND CHECKED MY DRIVERS.  I COULDN'T HELP BUT GET AMAZED AT HOW  MANY  EXCLAMATION MARKS "!" I SAW ON MY NETWORK ADAPTERS. I TRIED UNINSTALLING AND INSTALLING THEM BUT IT WONT EVEN UNINSTALL. SCANS FOR HARDWARE CHANGES AND I TRIED UPDATING FROM A CD.ROM BUT IT TELL ME IT CANT UPDATE TOO EVEN WHEN IT HAS FOUND THE DRIVER.
PLS WAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO?

What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?

the only difference is that when i check my list of hardwares from "my computer" i get this exclamation(!) mark on my network adapters. i bought a c.d full of drivers. i tried deleting the other ones to install the new ones but they wouldnt remove. okay, i tried updating but it wouldnt update too.

The correct drivers will be on your MBoard manuf. website ...usually under support/Downloads.

First of all check the modem that which driver will support in your computer and install the particular modem driver with compatibility your OS,than open the device manger and check that the modem driver is install properly or not,if it will shows that modem driver is properly install than you will connect to the internet.
