    Invalid Installation

Bought Windows 7 from a repair person. Started getting messages that it was not a legat install.  He said he could fix it in 15 min, I moved out of state.  Another repair person, in new state gave me info that says COA code pulled from registry was for a Dell OEM install (I have a Toshiba) and MS has blocked the code.  Original installer is ignoring my calls and letters.  What do I do?

    Very frustrated

Buy a legal copy of Windows 7.

I paid for a valid copy of 7 at the second repair place.  How can MS help me get my $$ back from the 1st guy?

If you bought a car from a guy that turned out to be stolen, would you ask Ford for your money back? You can report the guy to Microsoft as a pirate, but I doubt they'll help you chase him for the money you paid.
