I just bought an HP Pavilion p6767 running windows 7 a few months ago. Starting about 2 weeks ago, I've noticed that I can only get on certain websites. I've tried using IE and FF and they both have the same problem. I called my ISP, they walked me through some stuff, then told me my computer was "broken and to buy a new one." I need some serious help. Here are some of the websites that I have noticed that won't load.

weaskit.com
They say "loading" in the bottom left and then eventually say it couldn't connect. Help please.
