Desperately in need of help...!

i have a levono Y450 laptop computer, using window vista 64-bits. Recently my computer got infected by viruses. I tried to run SuperAntispyware free edition to remove the viruses but it seemed didn't work. Now on my home screen has a window called" Vista home security 2011 version" saying my computer i infected. There is another warning also said the system is hijacked. What should i do? please help!!!!!

Also, unless your helper directs you to do so, please do not attach logs from malware tools.

Instead, copy and paste bits of information in to multiple posts, so as to not exceed the character limit.

We need to analyze the logs online, so it is helpful to have them copy and pasted, as well as visible.
