    xpx64 won't start

     xp x64 4 gig ram athelon

     won't run in safe mode either:

     Asks for os selection, I select xpx64  and hn gives message:

     "windows could not start because of an error in software. Please report problem as: Load needed DLL's for kernel."

     System was previously reporting "out of system resources" despite many gigs on HD left.

     Repeating Beeping sound so i turned off machine & rebooted with F8 but no luck getting past above message in any of F8 options.

     Can't wipe HD for new install as i have vip data not saved. Any help aprciated.

    Try to pull all but one RAM chip and start it again.

    What is the model number of the motherboard?

      Software fixed and windows firewall found virus.
