I know that it is possible to replace the default interface for windows (explorer.exe) from snow transformation pack, but how can I replace the explorer.exe with a custom interface executable made by me?

Yes, But.
Windows Explorer is a part of the Windows Sysem. Don;t try to remove it. However, you can use another GUI to look a at files and directories. There are so many, it is hard to say one is best.
