Disable floppy seek on boot will fix that message...
The above advice including swapping another PSU to test should work...
You can borrow 1 for testing...

    Aenges.... No it does not have a floppy drive, like the man said I guess its trying to find it and gives the error... floopy disk failure (40).

      OK!!!! SOLVED PROBLEM!!! went into bios and found setting floppy 1.4 3.5 hit enter than scrolled to none. BINGO!! thanks for all advice.

        (You've been given at least two options (so far), check for a BIOS update, or try another Power Supply ) I am so glad I did not have to do either one of these!!!!
