    permissions&rights in Admin?

    does any one know about how to permit and rights between 2 users...i know we can access from admin to al users..but i wanna know about between 2 users?

    Well, let's start with a few questions.
    Can you tell me what kind of network you are trying to setup, what kind of hardware you are using as well as what OS's are involved and whether they are patched to full current.

      actually i am having windows7 in my laptop....meanwhile i am using VM Ware operating system(windows xp)..i want the answer fr windows xp...hw could we make permission & rights in the windows xp???in the VM Ware operating system i am using 1 admin n 2 users.....if u know the answer..pls share with me
