    calender gadget malfunctioning

    hii all
    sometimes when i open my laptop my calender gadget appears completely blank - no dates on it
    but on the next start up the problem may have vanished
    wt may be the reason and how to solve? please help!

    It won't show dates/time if you are not online...

      no no it does...
      calender is its in built function.
      it used to show dates even when i`d not started using internet, moreover rt now i`m using internet but the calender is not showing dates...

      Re-install the widget...they're  finicky.
      My weather widget needs to be re-installed about once a month...but i like it so i put up with it.
