    My problem is to  rename library documents titles with larger type fonts and in color.
    I am using win 7

    It is not exactly clear what you want to do. What "library documents" do you mean? Do you mean you want to change the size and colour of Windows Explorer fonts?

    If you just want to rename them you can open Windows Explorer and right click on a library at the left and click rename.

      In my DOCUMRNTS library I have several files that I wish to rename (right click and choose rename) in a larger font and in color.

      This is Windows Explorer, right? You may be able to get part of what you want. You can't have some files showing in different or larger fonts but you can have encrypted files showing in green and compressed files in blue.
