Fonts turned small

My fonts suddenly are really small.  The only thing that is normal size are the items in the toolbar.  Using Windows 7 Home Edition.

It toldme to right click and select Personalize, but it isn't showing up.

Go to Control panel, display and change your desired appearance.

I did that and it gave me just one option changing it to 125% but I clicked on it and it told me to re-boot so I did.  It increased the sizes on my Toolbar but not on email or facebook.  I would like to change it to 100%, not 125%.

after it changed my mouse started acting weird..it moves slightly all the time.

I went to Control Panel/Fonts and delected to go back to the defaulted font, but I could not click on OK, it was grayed out.  I am running Norton right now to see if I have a bug,

Here is a suggestion.
Make a new user account.
Log into the new user.
What happens? Any different? If so, suspect your user profile has become corrupted. That is an abnormal behavior and could mean some underlying problem.

I called Toshiba and they fixed the font.  Bottom right was at 50% I changed it to 100%
