Belkin USb To Fast Ethernet Problem

I Am Having Problems with My belkin USB To Ethernet Adaptor It Will Not Connect but it will still Recive Data But i cant use the internet (excpt for once before i updated my XP) Can Someone Help Me PLZ  ???

You may have a problem with the password .

After installing XP did you re-install all drivers ? ? MBoard chipset drivers should always go 1st.
