    Win 7 lost KEY

    Hi
    I have the genuine CD of win 7 (32 bit), but I lost the CD key. Is there anyway to get the key online from microsoft?

    be prepared to have the hologram number off the CD or DVD disk as for they will ask for this and its small in size. They may also request a proof of purchase information or system serial number if it came with a system before they activate it for you.

      if you're not sure of something. I'm sure you can ask them and they'll get you fixed up... after all, you do have a genuine windows...

      However, are you using a different computer or are you using the same computer for which you have the win 7 CD?


      @Allan or anyone else,
      Anybody know if Magic JellyBean software works with windows 7? If you need the key, but you have a computer that's already loaded to windows that's compatible with said CD, that might b easier than a call to M$?
