0x0000003D errors are likely caused by hardware or device driver issues

Did you just install a new program or a piece of hardware, update a driver, install an update, etc.?  Restart your computer if you haven't already done so. Undo the change you made and test it again. Check this link as well http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001141.htm

    Download BlueScreenView:
    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply
