media player list pane
« on: June 21, 2011, 04:43:02 PM »
Hi:

I'm using XP home edition SP3 with media player 11.  When playing .wav files the list pane displays the CD name repeatedly.  I have the song titles typed in as the file name.  Is there a way to set media player to display the file names?

Welcome to CH.
You need to explain what is on the CD. Is it a store bought CD? If the CD is from the store,  will show Title, Time and Album name.

Also, CD you burn or if it has been prepared properly.

However, some programs to burn your own CDs may not recover all the information from the source. Or the source may not even have the information.
