BSOD, when I play games in windows 7
    « on: June 20, 2011, 05:11:33 PM »
    Hello.

This is my first time posting on a forum, Ever! You are my only "Hope" :)
So this is a big thing for me. I usually fix everything myself, google everything for hours and sort it out, but this was to hard for me.

I've been having this problem with BSOD since i switched a few components inside my PC.
Windows is working great, no problem there. It boots perfekt and everthing seems fine, until i start playing any game. Even videos sometimes make it crash.

    What I've tried so far:
    - Disable the onboard Network LAN thing. Motherboard.
    - Disable the onboard Graphic-card. Motherboard.
    - Been in BIOS switching to PCI-Express on graphic-preferenses.
    - Uppdated Drivers, all.

    A few computer spec:
    MS Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit

    AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+
    Brisbane 65nm Teknologi

    4,00 GB Dubbel-Kanal DDR2 @ 200MHz (4-4-4-12)

    ASRock N68C-S UCC (CPUSocket)

    L194WT (1440x900@60Hz)
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 1GB

244GB FUJITSU MAXTOR S TM3250820AS SCSI Disk Device (ATA)
78GB Western Digital WDC WD80 0JD-55MUA1 SCSI Disk Device (ATA)

    NVIDIA High Definition Audio

This is a little post from BSOD error-log:
    "
    Problem signature:

    OS Version:   6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1

    BCP2:   807C9750
    BCP3:   00000000
    BCP4:   00000000
    OS Version:   6_1_7600
    Service Pack:   0_0
    Product:   256_1

    "
. I have all the Dumps, or dmp files from the times it crashes.
    Will that help?

I beg anyone, Please help me

    Download BlueScreenView

    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

Double click on the BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go to Edit>Select All.
Then go to File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

What do you mean you "switched a few components"?

BTW, I cleaned up the thread a little and deleted the incorrect logs.

Tank you allan. I wanted to delete the post, but didn't know how or if I even could.

What i meant with switching a few components is simply that, the specs i posted, are the ones i have right now.

I uppgrades the computer by first buying the graphic-card, replacing the old one because i had the same problem with the old one. But that didn't work, so I thought id buy a new motherboard and power-supply-thingie. And new RAM.

Everything resupplied, uppgraded windows to windows 7, installed all the drivers for the new stuff and installed a few games and boom. Nothing worked. Still the same problem as before, blue screen when I played.

I got no clue on what I'm gonna do, if the hardware is faulty or if they don't work well with each other, or if the processor has some problem, or even the hard-drive, cause that's the two peices I haven't replaced... can't really afford it...

I'm gonna try formating my hard-drive today, reinstalling win xp and se how that goes. If another bluescreen pops up, I'll make sure it gets posted.

         Regards, Rickard

          Hello.

           This is getting tiresome!

I've formatted my disks, trying to install win xp again. In the middle of installation, bluescreen appears:

          PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

          *** STOP: 0x0000004E (0x00000002,0x0002A722,0x000E7FAF,0x00004000)

Anotherone before that appeared, then i disabled onboard LAN in BIOS and this showed up.
It this a Hardware problem? Is something corrupt?
           I'm thinking:
          Motherboard
          Processor
          Hard-drive

           Any of the above?

           Regards, Rickard

After that, I Took out one of my RAM memories, and disabled what I thought could be the faulty hard-drive. No luck.

             This time:

            *** STOP: 0x0000008E (0x0000005,0x00000000,0xF796EB54,0x00000000)

             i give up for now.
