32bit vs 63bit

Should I use a 32bit software or a 64bit? Which of them is better? *sorry for my English

Are you running a 64 bit OS? If not, your decision is easy. If you are asking if you should use a 64 bit OS, my feeling is only if there is some reason to do so.

What softwares are you mentioning? There are too many to guess. The first thing to know about is most 32 bit softwares can be run by 64 bit OS or machines but not the other way around. There are compatibility modes and some have limitations. Drivers softwares are installed only as for 32 bit OS is for a 32 bit drivers and the same with 64 bit types. This question has been covered relatively by a number of threads on CH.
