    Computer Trouble - Please Help
    « on: July 06, 2011, 02:48:06 AM »
    Hi, i have recently decided to build a PC capable of gaming and stuff like that. but, i am currently having trouble sorting out the following issues:

    - None of the stuff on the front of the case light up or do anything even though i have followed the case wiring diagram
    - The PSU fan wont spin even though every other fan on the motherboard will
    - when i connect a hard drive to a PSU it spins but as soon as i connect it to the motherboard via IDE, it does not want to spin anymore
    - When i connect the motherboard to my monitor via VGA, nothing happens

    Computer Specs:

    Motherboard = Asrock M3A790GXH/128M
    Ram = 4GB DDR3
    PSU = Storm 900w
    Processor = AMD Athlon II X4 620 - Quad Core 2.8GHZ
    Case = Tsunami Gaming Manager Case

    An answer to any of these questions would be much appreciated
    Many Thanks

      seems like you haven't connected the 12V molex power connector to the motherboard-or is it the large, rectangular one? correct me if i'm wrong.
