Missing files

Hello to all,i hope this is in the correct part of the forum.
The help im after is for an idiots guide to solve this problem.My computer crashed the other day and it seems i have lost the file sqmapi.dll
I have googled the problem but nothing seems to sort it apart from purchasing some form of software that repairs the registry.If anyone can help me with a very easy way of sorting this i wouold be very grateful.

Thanks for the reply mate.I did find that option before but i struggled when it came to the click as administrator,i get the command prompt up but how or where do i click run as administrator.

right-click on the command prompt icon and choose "run as administrator"

Now i do feel rather silly,as easy as that.Im at work but will try all that on my computer later.Many thanks for you help mate,hopefully i wont need to post on this thread again.
