Lost Administrator Password in Windows 7 Home Premium

Good evening guys, my cousin badly need help. Upon changing password last night, she lost it and can't remember. She cannot login to Windows right now.

We are trying to use System Restore... So we boot into the Advanced Boot Options screen and then choose Repair your computer, then after asking what country and language, it asks for the password.

Hi Allan,

The "To use your password reset disk to reset your password" didn't help us because we do not have a password reset disk. We tried my USB flash drive but didn't work.

What's our next step?

People say method 3 from above site works well. However, I've not tried it, as I had a password reset disk already. But some ways to get you going if it works for you.

Keep her on a regimen of regular backups...and teach her what you know...
